Avery Elle Shaker Card


It's time to party! Today's card feature's Avery Elle's More Furry Friends, Time to Party and Scalloped Pierced Rectangle dies. This combo makes such a fun shaker card!


To create the card I die cut the largest Scalloped Pierced Rectangle and remove only the center of the die. Next, I stamped and die cut the adorable cat and the party balloons and colored them with Copics. I added string to the balloons and adhered them to the front of my card. To create the shaker I added foam adhesive (two layers!) on the back around the frame and put lots of Pretty Pink Posh sequins inside. The background was created with Distress Oxide. I LOVE how smooth these new inks are. They blend so easily and are my current go to inks.

It's Mama Elephant Birthday Stampede time!  This is so awesome, right? I'm so excited you've joined me from Stephanie's blog! Today I'm a sharing a lot of stamping goodness! I colored them in with Copics and then did some creative masking and stamping from Happy Everything to add the beginning of the sentiment. Next I stamped the penguin and hat (from the new Artic Penguins ), colored them and die cut them for a perfect cut. The soft, grey striped background was created using the new Boutique Borders . Mama Elephant March Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! Our newest release is now live and available for purchase in the store! www.mamaelephant.com I am so excited to share the new stamp set Ella & Friends with you! There are so many fun images to choose from in this set that all centers around the BEST elephant stamp ever. ;) I started my scene by stamping the elephant, then I masked in the bunny and bubble blower. Finally, I stamped the bubbles, puddle and splashes. I was SO fun to create. I colored the images with Copics and added a little ink to complete my scene. I trimmed it down to fit inside of the Instalove Creative Cuts and stamped the sentiment. I know you'll agree that stamping this set is super fun but first...
